Friendly and helpful staff that walk you through the entire process of picking up your car. They take care of putting the plate on your vehicle and removing any stickers the VPC put on.
I can't comment on dropping a vehicle off here, but picking a car up was a very easy and quick process. I was helped right away and was taken back to my car after waiting only about five minutes. They installed the license plates and allowed me as much time as I needed to look over the vehicle. The overall process took about 20 minutes and the employees were very nice. Be aware that there is limited parking at the location, but there is street parking.
